PURPOSE: A long-term conservation method of entomopathogenic nematode and an entomopathogenic nematode using the same are provided, which can keep entomopathogenic nematode for a long time by increasing trehalose component. CONSTITUTION: A long-term conservation method of entomopathogenic nematode comprises: a first process of preparing glycerol solution of 6-25 % concentration; a second process of manufacturing nematode suspension by pretreating nematode at 10-15 deg.C for 10-12 hours after inoculating entomopathogenic nematode with the prepared glycerol solution; and a third process of keeping nematode at 15-30 deg.C after putting the nematode into a container.
