PURPOSE: An RF transmitter for wirelessly transmitting power is provided to generate high power in a VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) without separately using the high power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A high power VCO(210) generates the high power high frequency signal of transmission. A coupler(220) receives a signal generated from the high power VCO. The coupler feeds back a part of signal. The coupler transmits the RF power through an antenna. An PLL(Phase Locked Loop)(230) fixes and controls the frequency of a signal which is generated from the high power VCO which is fed back through the coupler.
