PURPOSE: A real stock change rate measurement method and apparatus thereof are provided to offer a stock information server by including information for stock holding rates and numbers of stocks. CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(1320) receives trading data for a stock item. A control unit(1310) creates charts including plural periods based on the trading data. The control unit creates information for the stock item based on the chart. Plural periods respectively display a stock holding period of a stock holder. Plural charts are respectively matched with different business days.
