PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the coagulation of a coating solution in a drip pan is provided to prevent the solidification of a coating solution in a drip pan and to the surface defect of a plated steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing the coagulation of a coating solution in a drip pan includes a cylinder(110), a connector(120), supporters, a connecting string(150), and a plurality of funnels(160). The cylinder is installed at the rear side of a drip pan in which a part of a picking-up roll is immersed. The connector is combined with the cylinder. A moving roller(130) is installed at the tip end and the middle of the connector. The connector forwardly and backwardly moves in the drip pan. The supporters are installed at each inner corner of the drip pan. The connecting string is in connection with a plurality of supporting rollers. The funnels are installed at the connecting string. Protrusions(170) are formed on the outer side of the funnels. |
