PURPOSE: An anti-allergic composition and antibacterial composition using Stichopus japonicus Orange extract is provided to suppress degranulation of mast cells and to ensure antibacterial activity. CONSTITUTION: An allergic composition contains Stichopus japonicus Orange extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, ethanol, acetone, or mixture thereof. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition and food composition. The antibacterial composition contains Stichopus japonicus Orange extract as an active ingredient. The composition prevents Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus epidermidis.
