WATERPROOF PACKING FOR CONNECTOR OF CORRUGATED PIPES

PURPOSE: A waterproof packing for a joint pipe of a corrugated pipe is provided to enhance waterproof effect since part of a soft pad pressed in the spiral groove of a pipe filling a space between protruded lines. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof packing(22) for a joint pipe of a corrugated pipe connects the ends of two pipes of a shape of a corrugate pipe without water leak. The waterproof packing is inserted into part of a spiral groove adjacent to the ends of the two pipes. The waterproof packing consists of a body(28) with several protruded lines(32a,32b). One protruded line is formed on one side around the virtual central axial line of the body and the other protruded line is formed on the other side.
