PURPOSE: A grating for a catch basin of a drainage canal is provided to prevent foreign materials from flowing into a catch basin by rapidly draining rainwater generated in a road. CONSTITUTION: A grating(100) for a catch basin of a drainage canal comprises a frame(110), cutoff plates(120), and cutoff plate opening members(130). The cutoff plates are rotatably installed in the frame using hinges. Wing pieces(124) are protruded from both sides of the cutoff plates. The cutoff plate opening members lift up the cutoff plates.
