PURPOSE: A ruthenium powder production method using a liquid reduction method is provided to enable the formation of crystalline powder using sodium borohydride and guarantee short reaction time. CONSTITUTION: A ruthenium powder production method using a liquid reduction method comprises following steps. Ruthenium chloride and sodium borohydride are reacted for 6~29 minutes, thereby producing ruthenium metal. The ruthenium metal is filtered. The obtained ruthenium metal is washed by water or alcohol and is dried.
