PURPOSE: A gnotobiotic mini pigs isolator for improving the cleanliness and the hind legs of the pigs is provided to minimize the stress of the pigs due to the value of ammonia by reducing the amount of excrement stacked in the isolator. CONSTITUTION: A gnotobiotic mini pigs isolator includes a check panel, a lower drain hopper(20), and a lower drain(30). The check panel includes an outlet(12). The lower drain hopper collects excrements discharged from the outlet of the check panel. The lower drain selectively discharges the excrements by being in connection with the lower drain hopper. Check patterns are formed on the upper side of the check panel. A gradient is formed at the bottom of the check panel, and the outlet is arranged at the end position of the gradient. A valve(25) is formed at the lower drain to control the discharging of the excrement. A handle is formed at one side of the check panel to facilitate the cleaning of the isolator.
