PURPOSE: An interposer for measuring package power consumption and a measuring system using the same are provided to wire package in consideration of the feature of a load end and impedance. CONSTITUTION: A via hole(110) comprises a plated part whose inner wall is plated with conductive material. A connection pad(130) is connected to outside measurement instrument. A connection wire(120) electrically connects the plated part and the connection pad. A contact part(140) is inserted into the via hole. The contact part is contacted with the lead of package or the contact of the socket to connect the package and the plated part electrically.
