PURPOSE: A selenium/group 1b/group 3a ink is provided to use for system introducing a selenium/group 1b/group 3a semiconductor, for example, opening/closing device, solar energy generating apparatus, nonlinear optics, ion battery, etc. CONSTITUTION: A selenium/group 1b/group 3a ink comprises selenium/group 1b/group 3a system, and a liquid carrier component. The selenium/group 1b/group 3a system comprises selenium, an organic chalcogenide component containing at least one organic chalcogenide selected from RZ-Z'R' and R2-SH, a group 1b-containing material containing at least one of Cucl2 and Cu2O as initial component, and additionally bidentate thiol components, and a group 3a-containing material containing 3a material selected from aluminum, indium, gallium, and combination thereof as an initial component. |
