PURPOSE: A closed expansion tank for pressing nitrogen with a water hammer prevention function is provided to easily perform a maintenance work by stably controlling the pressure of the expansion tank. CONSTITUTION: A closed expansion tank(10) for pressing nitrogen with a water hammer prevention function comprises a first line and a second line. The first line has a cutoff valve(50). The second line has a composite valve unit(100). The composite valve unit connects multiple pumps(110) in a row. The pumps are turned on/off depending on pressure detected from a pressure sensor(40). Fluid in a pipe(9) flows into the expansion tank by opening and closing motorized valves(120,130).
