PURPOSE: A rectangular speaker module is provided to regulate a sound outputting direction to a desired direction by rotatably attaching a speaker module in an acoustic electronic appliance. CONSTITUTION: At least one magnetic circuit part includes at least yoke(102) and a permanent magnet(103). At least one voice coil(204) generates vibration by interacting with the magnetic circuit part. The voice coil is attached to the lower side of an ellipse shape of vibrating plate(202). The ellipse shape of vibrating plate is attached to the inner peripheral part of an ellipse ring shaped edge. A suspension is attached on the lower side of the vibrating plate. The voice coil is attached to the suspension. The voice coil, the vibrating plate, the ellipse ring shaped edge, and the suspension are formed in a vibrating module frame.
