PURPOSE: A construction panel having loess balls is provided to reduce the temperature rise of the panel caused by ultraviolet rays by forming an insulation layer on the surface of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A construction panel having loess balls comprises outer plates(10,40), support pipes(20), loess balls(50), and partitions(30). The outer plates are composed of a metal material. The support pipes are formed between the outer plates. An inner space between the outer plates is filled with the loess balls. The partitions divide the inner space to reinforce the support strength of the outer plates and prevent the loess balls from leaning and moving.
