PURPOSE: An electric moving cart is provided to improve the safety and convenience by enabling minute speed control and regulation of the maximum speed. CONSTITUTION: An electric moving cart comprises a main body(110), a battery, casters(119), a driving unit(120), an operating unit(130), and a loading unit(140). The main body comprises a first hollow body(111) and a second flat body(115). The battery is electrically connected to the motor of the driving unit. The casters are provided on the bottom of the second body. The driving unit comprises a motor and wheels and is installed on the bottom of the second body, separate from the casters. The operating unit is electrically connected to the driving unit and inputs driving commands. The loading unit is arranged on the top of the second body.
