PURPOSE: A liquid nitrogen dispenser of a triple pipe structure with a vaporized nitrogen discharge function is provided to maintain the initial spray amount by discharging vaporized nitrogen before entering a spray nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A liquid nitrogen dispenser of a triple pipe structure with a vaporized nitrogen discharge function comprises a spray guide pipe(31) and an opening/closing rod(40). The spray guide pipe comprises a spray nozzle(35) and a nozzle adjacent space(32) which is connected to the spray nozzle and filled with liquid nitrogen. The opening/closing rod is moved by a driving unit into or out of the nozzle adjacent space, thereby opening or closing the spray nozzle or a channel(42) connected to the spray nozzle. The opening/closing rod has inner and outer holes which are formed separate from each other and connected to each other. The outer space of an opening/closing rod guide unit(34) where the rear end of the opening/closing rod is located is connected to the exterior in order to discharge vaporized nitrogen.
