PURPOSE: An LED lighting apparatus having a heat-radiating structure is provided to radiate effectively the heat of LEDs through a case by rapidly absorbing the heat emitted from the LEDs. CONSTITUTION: An LED module(400) includes a printed circuit board on which LEDs are mounted. A heat conductor is attached on a rear surface of the printed circuit board so as to absorb the heat from the printed circuit board. An insulating plate is attached to a rear surface of the heat conductor and comes in contact with a heat-sink(300). A thermoelectric element is used for transmitting the heat of the heat conductor to the heat-sink.
