PURPOSE: An unmanned charging system of an electric vehicle and a driving method thereof are provided to implement an unmanned charging process by automatically mounting or separating a charging cable on or from a charging port. CONSTITUTION: A position sensor(13) senses a position of a charging port. A position control motor controls a position of a charging cable outlet(11). The position control motor is comprised of a first position control motor and a second position control motor. A cable motor connects a charging cable(12) to the charging port through the charging cable outlet. An electric vehicle(20) includes a charging port(21) for receiving power. |
