PURPOSE: A living body mobile control method and apparatus are provided to induce long distance movement of a living body by tracing the location of the living body in real time and controlling a traveling direction of the living body. CONSTITUTION: A positioning part(110) grasps location information of a living body(100). The positioning part comprises an inertial navigation system and a satellite navigation system. A controller determines whether the living body follows a desired movement route based on the location information or not. A magnetic pole applying part(120) transmits control information which steers a traveling direction of the living body. The magnetic pole applying part induces the traveling direction of the living body by applying stimulus to the living body based on the control information.
