PURPOSE: A speed reading and eyeball recognition training method using a recognition point that an eyeball can recognize and a device thereof are provided to enhance speed reading abilities and eyeball recognizing abilities. CONSTITUTION: A pin hole(100) is located on a left eyeglass lens to enhance the muscle of an eyeball. The pin hole helps recovery of eye sight by enhancing a muscle which moves an eye lens by penetrating glasses. Recognition points are moved in order by selecting a glass lens wherein an eyeball can recognize the recognition points based on a fixed order so that the eyeball moves in a direction in which light moves.
