The device has a PVC cylinder (1) closed at top for fixing a cover on a starting post of a scaffolding structure by interlocking. The cylinder includes a groove (2) from top to bottom and on top for a passage of the cover around the starting post. The groove comprises notches (3) to allow the passage of rosettes of the starting post. A vertical spacing between slots is adapted according to a spacing between the rosettes of the starting post.
