PURPOSE: An imaging unit is provided to determine the position of an imaging sensor to a housing by using a cover. CONSTITUTION: A position determining unit(22) is installed inside a housing(16). An imaging sensor(69) includes an imaging surface. A circuit board(66) closes at least a part of an opening of the housing. A metal cover(76) is fixed to the housing to close the opening. The metal cover presses the circuit board in a direction of the imaging sensor to make one of the imaging sensor and the circuit board contacted with the position determining unit.
