PURPOSE: A slab transfer device capable of controlling a rolling finish temperature is provided to control the transfer and cooling of slab actively using a cooling table arranged on the side of a transfer roll. CONSTITUTION: A slab transfer device capable of controlling a rolling finish temperature comprises a cooling table part(110) and a slab extracting part(120). The cooling table part is arranged on a side space of a transfer roll(104) and allowed to reciprocate in the direction vertical to the advancing direction of the transfer roll. The cooling table part is formed at the same height as the transfer roll in order to air-cool slab(S) between a heating furnace(102) and a rolling mill. The slab extracting part extracts slab, which is placed on the transfer roll, to the cooling table part or re-places slab, which is extracted and waiting for air-cooling, to the transfer roll.
