PURPOSE: A door lock fixing apparatus and method for a tempered glass door are provided to improve reliability in use by maintaining the locking of a door lock while preventing the separation and deformation of the door lock. CONSTITUTION: A door lock fixing apparatus for a tempered glass door comprises a bracket, a door lock, a coupling member(100) and a compression fixing part(200). The bracket is coupled with an elastic member and installed in a safety groove. The door lock sets or releases the lock of a tempered glass door. The coupling member is attached to the tempered glass door. The compression fixing part is tightly fixed to the tempered glass door so as to accept the coupling member and secure the door lock.
