PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing a welding specimen for evaluating the weldability of a vehicle rear wheel suspension and a circumferential welding apparatus using the same are provided to facilitate weldability evaluation for a vehicle rear wheel suspension made of a high-strength steel plate and an ultra-high strength steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A jig for manufacturing a welding specimen for evaluating the weldability of a vehicle rear wheel suspension comprises a bed part(110), column parts(120) of both ends, jigs(130) of both ends, and a rotation driving part(140). Guide rails are formed on the top of both ends of the bed part. The column parts are protruded vertically to the longitudinal direction of the bed part, and the bottoms of the column parts are transferred along the respective guide rails. The jigs are rotated on the tops of the respective column parts. The rotation driving part is connected to one of the jigs via a drive shaft and controls the rotation of the jig.
