PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ABS graft copolymer is provided to efficiently improve grafting rate at high rubber content, and to manufacture ABS graft copolymer having excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ABS graft copolymer comprises: an initiation step initiating polymerization by putting diene-based rubber latex and aromatic vinyl compound, and a monomer mixture of an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinylcyan compound into a polymerization reactor, and putting an oil-soluble redox initiator, and an activation agent; a reaction step continuously putting of an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinylcyan compound in; and crosslinking agent addition step continuously putting a crosslinking agent.
