PURPOSE: Vise pliers for a live cable protection tube are provided to stably supply power by preventing a power outage by preventing an insulation coating of a wire from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(110) is installed in the lower side of a first handle(108). A release pin(111) is installed in the inside of a second handle(109). A first head unit(106) is movably installed on the upper side of the first handle. A second head unit(107) is hinged with the upper side of the second handle. A first clamping unit(100) is integrated with the first head unit. A second clamping unit(101) is integrated with the second head unit.
