PURPOSE: A turbine blade assembly is provided to extend the service life of turbine blades and prevent damage to the turbine blades by reducing the dynamic stress of airfoils. CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade assembly(100) comprises a root(110), an airfoil(120), and a cover(130). The airfoil is extended from the root. Both ends of the cover are radially multilevel. The cover comprises connection parts(132a,132b), first multilevel parts(131a,131b), and second multilevel parts(133a,133b). The connection part is extended from the airfoil. The first multilevel part is projected from one end of the connection part. The second multilevel part is radially projected from the other end of the connection part.
