PURPOSE: A method for reducing a dark current by separating power of a semiconductor device and a semiconductor device applying the same are provided to reducing manufacturing costs by removing the semiconductor device for an additional power control. CONSTITUTION: A power control unit(21) generates a control output signal by sensing an external input. The power control unit receives power from a battery(10) and includes a glitch preventing circuit for removing an error signal in a synchronization process. A control operating unit(22) receives power from a battery by a control output signal from the power control unit. A signal stabilizing circuit stabilizes an interface signal between the power control unit and the control operating unit.
