PURPOSE: A low-fluidity viscoplastic mortar grout auto-rotating dispersion injection fore-end device is provided to efficiently flatten a ground by inducing an extrusion of a low-fluidity viscoplastic mortar grout to a direction where horizontally flattening a target ground. CONSTITUTION: A low-fluidity viscoplastic mortar grout auto-rotating dispersion injection fore-end device comprises an injection pipe, an eccentric open bearing, a connection pipe of an auto-rotation distributed injection fore-end device, and a rotary spiral wing of an auto-rotation distributed injection fore-end device. The injection pipe is composed of a single pipe. The eccentric open bearing is mounted in a fore-end of the injection pipe to be rotated to a reverse direction while drilling. The connection pipe of an auto-rotation distributed injection device has a structure which a curvature of the inner and rear surfaces are different. The inner surface accepts low-fluidity viscoplastic mortar grout and extruded to a horizontal direction. The rear surface is auto-rotated by a sending power and sub-grade reaction. |
