PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to improve integration of a semiconductor device by overlapping a top contact with a bottom contact. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device includes a bit line, m word lines, a source line, m signals, first to m memory cells(190), and a driving circuit. A memory cell includes a first transistor and a second transistor which maintains charges accumulated in a capacitive element(164). A second transistor includes a channel which is comprised of an oxide semiconductor layer. A driving circuit generates a signal to be outputted to a (j-1)-th signal by using the signal outputted to a j-th signal line.
