PURPOSE: A light device with a light irradiation adjusting device is provided to easily adjust a light irradiation angle by a driver. CONSTITUTION: A light device with a light irradiation adjusting device comprises a lamp(5), a case, a reflection mirror(1), and a solid angle adjustment coupling device. The solid angle adjustment coupling device comprises a first coupling unit(11) and a second coupling unit(10). The first coupling unit couples the first end of the reflection mirror with the case. The second coupling unit fixes the second end of the reflection mirror to the case. If the second end of the reflection mirror moves upward, a venexian blind(4) moves together with the second end to prevent unnecessary light from being leaked to the outside of the case.
