PURPOSE: A hopper opening and closing device for a charging car is provided to close the opening of a hopper after storing coal, thereby preventing the infiltration of foreign materials or moisture into coal. CONSTITUTION: A hopper opening and closing device for a charging car comprises: a guide unit(10) which is formed in a hopper and includes a vertical part coupled to the top of the opening of the hopper and a horizontal part coupled to the top of the vertical part and having a shape corresponding to the opening; a rail unit(20) which is formed in the guide unit; a roller unit(30) which is moved along the rail unit; a cover unit(40) which is coupled to the roller unit and opens/closes the open part of the guide unit; and a moving unit(50) which moves the cover unit.
