The device (D) has a wall (PA) defining a storage space (ER) with a main support surface (SSP). A support unit (MS) is coupled with a storage (RG) to define an auxiliary support surface (SSA) adapted to prolong the main support surface in a variable manner to vary dimensions of the storage space. The auxiliary support surface includes a front part (PV) rotatably coupled with a telescopic-type auxiliary wall (PX) defining a retractable retaining frontage for the storage. The support unit includes a telescopic-type rigid support (SR) coupled with a sliding unit (MC).
