PURPOSE: A method for formulating emulsion of indoxacarb is provided to ensure excellent pesticidal effect and safety for human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for formulating emulsion of indoxacarb comprises: a step of mixing 1 weight part of indoxacarb and 5-10 weight parts of solvent and dissolving at 45-55°C for 2-4 hours; and a step of mixing 25-50 weight parts of surfactant and 70-120 wt% of extender. The solvent is dimethyl sulfoxide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide, or n-methyl-2pyrrolidone. The surfactant is non-ionic surfactant or anionic surfactant. The expander is xylene or solvesso-150.
