METHOD FOR REPAIR OF SUBSTRATE FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for repairing a board for a liquid crystal display device is provided to deposit repairing materials on bubbles of a board and perform a planarization process. CONSTITUTION: A glass board includes inner bubbles(S1). A repairing material is deposited on the bubbles of the glass board(S2). The repairing material is eliminated from the bubbles by a planarization process(S3). Therefore, the repairing material is embedded in the bubbles of the glass board.
