PURPOSE: A separator for a fuel cell with gasket is provided to improve corrosion resistance, and to prevent the generation of burr during injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a separator for a fuel cell comprises: a step of spraying screen adhesive on the surface in which the gasket of a separator(20) is injected and on the surface of an edge part; a step of damping the pressurizing force of an injection mold by the screen adhesive sprayed on the edge part when the injection mold pressurize-fixes the edge part of the separator; and a step of injection molding a gasket(18) to a part where the gasket is injected at one body, by putting gasket material into a cavity of the injection mold.
