摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mulberry and Bokbunja rice wines is provided to enhance anti-cancer efficiency and to easily remove active oxygen from the human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mulberry and Bokbunja rice wines comprises: a step of washing unpolished rice, whole barley, whole wheat, and whole corn and mixing; a step of steaming 20 weight parts of wheat barley, 20 weight parts of whole wheat, and 20 weight parts of whole corn based on 100 weight parts of barley to prepare hard-boiled rice; a step of mixing 60 weight parts of fermentation starter and 200 weight parts of water based on 100 weight parts of hard-boiled rice and fermenting the mixture at 24-26°C for 3-4 days; a step of mixing 3.0 weight parts of mulberry-crushed liquid, 3.0 weight parts of Bokbunja-crushed liquid and 3.0 weight parts of Cinnamomi Cortex extract based on 100 weight parts of the mixture; and a step of maturing the mixture at 4-5°C for 3-4 days.
