PURPOSE: An instrument transformer with a high voltage current transformer and a low voltage potential transformer, an integrated transformer using the same, and an integrated incoming and distributing panel using the same are provided to measure the power consumption of a power load using the secondary voltage of a distribution transformer. CONSTITUTION: An instrument transformer(100) comprises a high voltage current transformer(110) and an instrument potential transformer(120). The high voltage current transformer coverts large load current, flowing from the front end of the distribution transformer through a distribution line, into secondary rated current. The secondary current of the high voltage current transformer is transmitted to the instrument potential transformer. The secondary current of the high voltage current transformer compensates the voltage drop by equivalent impedance of the distribution transformer. The potential transformer comprises a low pressure potential transformer(121) and a compensation transformer(122).
