PURPOSE: Gear drive apparatus for controlling muscular exercise is provided to improve the effect of muscular exercise, and to reduce energy cost. CONSTITUTION: Gear drive apparatus for controlling muscular exercise comprises a weight training operation part(20) which operates both levers(22) of the main body(6) upwardly and downwardly at the same time. In the weight-training operation part, a driving axis(36) of a gear driving part(30), in which a plurality of gear interlocked each other are operated, is operated by being axis-connected. A powder generation part(50) generating powder by rotating a rotary body(52) connected from the gear driving part is formed to transferring load to the weight training operation part according to the rotation load of the rotary body.
