PURPOSE: A cover substrate for a photoelectric cell module and the photoelectric cell module including the same are provided to maximize transmittance using the optimized thickness of the cover substrate, thereby maximizing efficiency of the photoelectric cell module. CONSTITUTION: A light incident surface includes an embossed array pattern. A cross section of the embossed array pattern has a triangle or trapezoid shape. The thickness of a cover substrate is 2.9 to 3.65mm. The height of the embossed array pattern is 150±20μm. The triangle and trapezoid shapes has a base angle of 45±5°.
