PURPOSE: A scale and slime removing device of a heat exchanger is provided to reduce fatigue load applied to a heat exchanger and power consumption by controlling ultrasonic frequency to match the temperature and pressure of a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor installed on the entrance of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A scale and slime removing device(100) of a heat exchanger comprises an ultrasonic oscillator(1), a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators(3), and an oscillator control computer(2). The ultrasonic vibrator is connected to the tube bundle head(6) of a heat exchanger(4) through a waveguide triggers ultrasonic vibration through ultrasonic wave generated from the ultrasonic oscillator. The oscillation control computer controls the operation of the ultrasonic oscillator. Temperature and pressure are input to the oscillator control computer through a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor installed on the entrance of the heat exchanger.
