PURPOSE: A hand-held wireless and wired microphone megaphone is provided to improve remarkable sound transmission capability by a diffuser mixing method. CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit(51) detects the voltage of a built-in battery(56). A central processing unit utilizes various functions of a codec(52). The codec converts inputted signals into ADC(analog digital converting) and DAC(digital analog converting) or samples the inputted signals into 24KHz. A microphone(53) is activated. A modem(54) transmits digitized data through an RF IC and an internal antenna(54a) with a fixed frequency. An LED(55) transmits data to an LED display circuit. An oscilloscope(57) and a power section(58) are connected to the central processing unit.
