PURPOSE: A method for installation of an upper structure on a floating marine plant is provided to optimally manage a precise tolerance and secure safety when connecting an upper module and a support stool. CONSTITUTION: A method for installation of an upper structure on a floating marine plant comprises the steps of: measuring the dimension and level of the top surface of a support stool(S1), assembling a shim plate to the top of the support stool(S2), assembling an elastic bearing to the top of the shim plate(S3), assembling an upper module, which is temporarily assembled with a guide bracket and an uplift bracket, to the top of the support stool(S4), and controlling the guide bracket and the uplift bracket of the upper module to the set positions(S5).
