PURPOSE: An air guide structure of an auto-bicycle is provided to effectively cool an ignition plug and the surrounding easy to be heated, by applying a driving wind passed through a second ventilation channel. CONSTITUTION: An air guide structure of an auto-bicycle comprises the following: a fuel tank(20) located in between a front wheel and a rear wheel; a seat(21) for a rider to sit; an engine located on the rear side of the fuel tank; a shroud(22) covering the side of the fuel tank; a first ventilation channel inducing a driving wind to the rider from the upper side of the shroud; and a second ventilation channel including the driving wind to the engine from the lower side of the shroud. An ignition plug is installed on the side of the engine.
