PURPOSE: A spindle motor and a disk driver including the same are provided to secure a gap between a rotating member and a fixing member, thereby reducing noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(21) supports a shaft(10) in order to rotate the shaft. A bush(30) rotates together with the shaft by being combined with the upper part of the shaft. A rotor case(41) comprises a cylindrical wall part. An air flow release part(32) releases air current in an outer radial direction. A sealing part(33) is arranged between the cylindrical wall part and the air flow release part. A groove part is arranged on the lower part of a bush.
