<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor capable of its rotation without switching or changing a flow of an electric current. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 16 includes a permanent magnet 20 formed into a cylindrical shape. Its cylindrical external surface is used as N pole and its internal surface is used as S pole. Also, a stator 18 with a cylindrical stator core 22 is disposed coaxially to the rotor 16. A coil 24 is wound around the stator core 22. An electric current runs through a conductor of a coil 24 positioned in a space between the rotor and the stator in one direction. A force works on the conductor, however, since the conductor is fixed on the stator core, a reaction works on the permanent magnet, thus rotating the rotor 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
