<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer implement which surely starts to transfer without slipping in starting of use and also easily carries out short transfer, to eliminate the fault that the conventional coating film transfer implement slips not to start to transfer in starting of use and long and uniform transfer is difficult. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer roller for transferring a coating film is oscillatably installed to a body, so that the transfer roller is forced to rotate through a rotate transmission means by this oscillation to draw out a tape. Then, a clutch is built in the rotate transmission means, and therefore the fault that the rotate transmission means inhibits single rotation of the transfer roller in return of oscillation or long transfer is dissolved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
