The present invention pertains to a content transmitting device, a content transmitting method, a content reproduction device, a content reproduction method, a program, and a content delivery system, wherein it is possible to view a video taken from a given angle. The content transmitting device of the present invention is provided with a retaining unit for retaining multi-angle video content comprising videos from various angles simultaneously taken from a plurality of different video cameras, a generating unit for generating a View Relation Table (VRT) containing acquisition destination information for each video from various angles constituting the multi-angle video content, a supplying unit for supplying the generated VRT to a content reproduction device, a broadcasting unit for broadcasting one or a plurality of the videos from various anglesconstituting the retained multi-angle video content, and a delivery unit for delivering the one or plurality of videos from various angles constituting the retained multi-point video content via a network. The present invention may be applied to systems for delivering content via broadcast and the internet. |
