摘要 The present invention provides a lithium iron phosphate in which an olivine crystal structure is formed and carbon(C) is coated on a particle surface of the lithium iron phosphate, wherein when powder of said lithium iron phosphate has been dispersed in water for one hour and then a quantitative analysis has been performed for the lithium iron phosphate residual from which water was removed from a dispersed liquid, a weight ratio of a lithium iron phosphate generated after carbon has been peeled off was less than or equal to 0.005 wt% compared with the total weight of the lithium iron phosphate coated with the carbon. Since said lithium iron phosphate is coated with the carbon on the particle surface with a very small amount that leaches water, the invention is hardly separated during an electrode manufacturing step due to a uniform thin film coating effect on the particle surface of the lithium ion phosphate, and has excellent conductivity and superior density.
